Our days of operation are from Monday - Friday, 9:00a-5:00p. Federal holidays are observed, and we are closed on weekends.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each case is carefully checked by one of our team members sending it out, to make sure you get the quality product you deserve! As we try our best to do that, sometimes, things could fall through the cracks, and we could miss a tiny detail. If you discover a fault with your product:

 

  1. Take a picture of your item with the defect.
  2. Contact us at hello@pronetowanderla.com

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment (credit card/ debit card/ PayPal) Please allow a 7-14 day lead time for PayPal to process the refund request.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We ship internationally! 

 

How long does shipping usually take?

USPS Standard Domestic Shipping: 1-3 Business days

USPS Standard International Shipping : 14 - 28 Business days, depending on your location

 

These are estimated time given by our local postal service, and may exclude processing time of custom declarations in some countries.

 

PROCESSING TIME for all orders take 3-5 business plus shipping time, which varies based on your location. Please allow some extra time to process your order during public holidays!

 

 

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

Some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties, and related customs fees. Such costs are not covered when you made payment to us. For further details, please contact your local Customs office directly.

 

Where’s my package?

Once your package has been scanned by the USPS, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Track your package by using that tracking number when you search on the USPS website (https://www.usps.com/manage/welcome.htm).
